Were not happy, if you are not happy with your purchase. This is the policy for refunds of items bought from Transreality Simulations. Please contact us by email if you think a refund is necessary. Requests for refunds must be made with 7 days of delivery of the item.
If we can document your purchase, and the product is sealed and intact, we will offer the refund of the paid price of the item.
If the product is no longer sealed we can only offer a refund if the item is defective or unfit for your application, and you have taken all the reasonable steps to attempt to rectify any particular issues.
Note that we cannot refund the packing and shipping component of any purchases. You will be required to return the item to the Transreality Simulations contact address, before the refund can be processed.
