All Transreality Simulations Interactive Novel games are high quality products typically arriving as several CD/DVD in a high quality art- box container, and factory sealed.

Shipping costs apply at a standard cost of $5.00 regardless of the number of items you purchase. This covers Australia Post shipping in a padded envelope. Registered mail is available at cost, only by requesting through email.

You may contact Transreality Simulations directly by email to arrange payment by direct deposit. We will reply with payment instructions and bank details.

We make every attempt to stock available items, and to send immediately on receiving orders to ensure delivery within seven days. If we are unable to meet this deadline, the item is out of stock, or not yet available, we will reply by email to let you know the status of your order. In this case will also email you when the item has been despatched.
